For-Profit School Operator Sued by Dozens of Students for Illegal Lending and Deceptive Practices

The Student Borrower Protection center released the following press release about a suit filed by our clients in July against Make School - a defuncted tech training bootcamp - that used income share agreements to lock students in to long-term payment of up to 25% of their gross income per paycheck.
